ReviewClever is operated by Valiance Labs LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use ReviewClever, how we use it, and your rights over it.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your review content to train AI models sold to third parties. We collect only what we need to run the Service.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service
• Generate and deliver your review verdict and analysis
• Process payments and manage your account balance
• Send transactional emails (e.g. receipt confirmations, verdict delivery)
• Respond to support inquiries
• Understand how users navigate the Service so we can improve it
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms

We do not use your review content or business context for advertising targeting. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the UK, our legal basis for processing your personal data is:

• Contract: processing necessary to provide the Service you requested
• Legitimate interests: improving the Service, preventing fraud, and understanding usage patterns
• Consent: where we ask for it explicitly, such as optional marketing communications
• Legal obligation: where required by applicable law

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how users interact with ReviewClever. Clarity records anonymized session replays, heatmaps, and interaction data. This helps us identify usability issues and improve the product.

Clarity may collect mouse movement, clicks, scrolling behavior, and page navigation. This data is associated with a session identifier, not with your name or email address.

Microsoft's privacy policy governs Clarity's data practices. You can opt out of Clarity's behavioral tracking by visiting Microsoft's privacy dashboard or by enabling a browser-level Do Not Track signal.

We do not pass personally identifiable information to Clarity. Review content submitted through the quiz is not logged by Clarity.

We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

• Authentication: to keep you logged in across sessions
• Session state: to remember your progress through the review quiz
• Analytics: first-party session data and Microsoft Clarity

We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, but some parts of the Service may not function correctly without them.

We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: Stripe (payment processing), Microsoft (Clarity analytics), and our hosting infrastructure — each bound by data processing agreements
• Legal compliance: when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public
• Business transfer: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may transfer to the acquiring entity under the same protections

We do not share your review content or personal information with Google or with any review removal agency.

We retain your account information and saved review cases for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.

Anonymized, aggregated usage data may be retained indefinitely to improve the Service.

Depending on your location, you may have rights over your personal data including:

• Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: request that inaccurate data be corrected
• Deletion: request that your personal data be deleted
• Portability: request your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection: object to certain types of processing, such as analytics
• Withdrawal of consent: where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time

If you are in the EEA or UK and believe we have not handled your data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), access controls, and secure infrastructure.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@reviewclever.com.

ReviewClever is not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

ReviewClever is based in the United States. If you are accessing the Service from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the US. We take appropriate safeguards to ensure your data is protected in accordance with this Policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email.

Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
