Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using ReviewClever (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who purchases or uses a paid feature of the Service.

ReviewClever is a guided review decision service. We help business owners assess their negative Google review situations, understand their options, and take smarter action through legitimate channels.

ReviewClever is not a review removal agency, a reputation management platform, or a legal service. We do not have any direct relationship with Google, and we cannot guarantee that any Google review will be removed. Only Google can decide whether a review is removed.

The Service provides structured analysis, decision guidance, and — where selected — assistance preparing submissions through Google's own legitimate reporting, appeal, and Business Profile forum processes.

We are explicit about this: ReviewClever does not guarantee removal of any review. No agency, tool, or service can guarantee that Google will remove a review.

Our Expert Filing service means we help prepare and submit your case through legitimate channels. The final decision rests entirely with Google. We will not misrepresent removal odds, and we do not use grey-area or coordinated tactics.

Purchasing any paid feature of the Service — including Expert Filing — does not entitle you to a refund if Google does not remove the review. Our service is the quality of the guidance and filing work, not the outcome.

You must create an account to save review cases or access paid features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to update it as needed. We may terminate or suspend your account if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Paid features — including additional review assessments and Expert Filing — are processed through Stripe. By completing a purchase you agree to Stripe's terms in addition to ours.

Additional assessment credits purchased are tied to your account and do not expire. They are non-transferable.

Expert Filing is a flat-fee service for eligible reviews within your purchased assessment set. Eligibility is determined by ReviewClever at the time of service. Not all reviews qualify.

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. If you believe there has been a billing error, contact us within 30 days at hello@reviewclever.com.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Submit false or fabricated review text in order to obtain a misleading verdict
• Use the Service to coordinate fake, retaliatory, or manipulated reviews
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service
• Use the Service on behalf of a third party without their knowledge or consent
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we believe are being used in violation of these Terms or in ways that undermine the integrity of the review ecosystem.

All content, design, logic, and software that makes up ReviewClever is owned by or licensed to Valiance Labs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any review text or business information you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use it to provide the Service to you.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or complete.

Verdicts and analysis produced by the Service are guidance only. They are not legal advice and should not be treated as such. For legal matters — including defamation claims — consult a qualified attorney.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ReviewClever and Valiance Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments) and Microsoft Clarity (analytics). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
